INFUSION’s last 3 years:

frank looks back – AND forward!

Infusion’s acclaimed frank contextual community-based research project has concluded a successful 3 year pilot run! Careful consideration of learnings and developments over this period is helping frank design a great future in continuing to address information shortages suffered in under-developed markets.

This success story has taken lots of blind-faith, energy, focus and constant innovation on the part of Infusion. Thanks to the support and enthusiasm on the part of clients and partners, the frank contextual research project was able to grow consistently since its inception.

There is no longer any doubt as to the need and demand for, but even more so, the usefulness of, information of this kind across various sectors in South Africa. frank will soon be emerging as a self-reliant ‘Hybrid Social Enterprise’, servicing the information needs of those interested in middle- and lower-end economic communities with a range of offerings – from the actual research accompanied with strategic sessions and data mining opportunities to pro-social products with impact, ranging from radio programs to graphic novels.

On the other hand, Infusion will now be able to return to its core activities (including Tactical Research, Internal Culture-based Surveys, Executive Training, Business Networking and Statistical Services ) while frank becomes a fully fledged entity of its own – actively contributing to Social and Economic Development in SA and abroad.
